Common questions

I hear no sound at all

Check the ringer switch on the side of your iPhone. Blockfetti uses the "ambient" audio category, which means it respects silent mode — like most puzzle games, it goes quiet when your phone is set to silent.

Also check Settings inside the app: Sound Effects and Music have separate switches, and Music is off by default.
Why can't I replay the Daily Challenge?

Because everyone gets the same pieces in the same order, one attempt per day is what makes the score worth comparing. A new challenge arrives at midnight in your own time zone.

Undo still works during a daily run — playing a single attempt well is the whole point.
Why did my streak reset?

The streak counts consecutive days. Missing a day starts it over at one the next time you finish a challenge.
How many undos do I get?

Three per game. The counter on the undo button shows how many you have left. They refill when you start a new game, and they survive closing the app — a spent undo stays spent.
Can I undo after the game is over?

No. Undo works for as long as the game is running, but once you are out of moves, that score is the score you earned.
Where did my saved game go?

Your game in progress, best score and streak are stored on the device only. They are lost if you delete the app or reset the device, and they do not sync between devices.
Does Blockfetti collect any data?

No. It has no networking code, no analytics and no ads. See the Privacy Policy.
